The license that governs the Jozi Digital Studio Reseller Program. When you purchase a Reseller License, you agree to these terms.

In Plain English

You pay once — no monthly fees, no revenue share — and you may sell our digital template bundles in your own shop, under your own brand.
White-label is welcome: you can put your own name and logo on everything. No Jozi credit or branding required.
You keep 100% of every sale and set your own prices. We never take a cut.
Your customers get the same personal-use license our customers get. You just can’t give the master files away, share them publicly, or let anyone else resell them.

Introduction

This License is an agreement between you (“the Reseller” or “you”) and Jozi Digital Studio (“Jozi Digital Studio”, “we”, “us”). It gives you permission to sell our digital template bundles through your own shop.

It’s for shop owners, Etsy sellers, boutique brands, and anyone who runs a storefront selling planners, checklists, trackers, and organizers — and who would rather stock beautiful, proven products than design everything from scratch.

We make our license terms readable on purpose. Legalese hides problems; plain English finds them. If anything here ever feels unclear, email us at hello@jozidigitalstudio.com and we’ll talk it through.

Defined terms used throughout

“Licensed Products” — the template bundles you’re licensed to sell under your License. If you hold an All-Access Reseller License, this means every current and future Jozi Digital Studio bundle. If you hold a Single-Bundle Reseller License, this means the one bundle you named at checkout.
“Master files” — the original template files (sheets, documents, PDFs, and any included assets) we deliver to you, in the form we deliver them.
“End customer” — the person who buys a Licensed Product from you, not from us.

What This License Grants You

Subject to these terms, when you purchase a Reseller License you may:

Sell the Licensed Products as digital downloads through your own storefronts — Etsy, Gumroad, Shopify, your own website, or any other channel you run.
Set your own resale prices. Charge whatever you like. We don’t set, cap, or approve your prices.
Keep all proceeds. Every cent from your sales is yours. There are no commissions, no royalties, and no recurring fees of any kind.
White-label and rebrand the Licensed Products. You may rename them, apply your own branding, logos, and colors, and present them as products of your shop. Jozi branding may be removed, and crediting or mentioning Jozi Digital Studio is not required.
Use the provided preview images in your listings, or create your own previews — as long as no preview reveals the full master files (see “Showing previews” below).
Deliver the files to your buyers however your storefront delivers digital goods — automatic download, email, or your own file distribution.
Customize the Licensed Products (for example, editing text or layout) so they fit your brand — as long as what you sell remains the same complete product, not separately extracted pieces (see “What you cannot do”).

How This License Relates to Our Standard License

Our standard personal-use license — the one every customer receives when they buy from us — restricts reselling, redistribution, and removing our branding, because it’s meant for personal use of a single purchase.

This License overrides those restrictions for you, but only in two specific ways:

Only for the Licensed Products — the bundles your License covers. It doesn’t give you permission to resell anything else we make.
Only as sold to end customers under the same personal-use license. Your buyers receive the standard single-user, non-transferable, personal-use license (same rights our own customers get). Every sale you make must pass that license through to the buyer.

Outside of those sales, the standard personal-use license still applies to you like everyone else — you can’t, for example, give the files to friends or use them in a business that isn’t the resale this License permits.

What You Cannot Do

These rules keep the program fair for everyone — us, you, and other resellers. Please don’t:

Sub-license, transfer, or rent your License. It’s yours, for your own shop. You can’t sell it, lend it, or let another person or business resell under it.
Give away, share, or publicly host the master files. Don’t upload them to freebie sites, file-sharing services, forums, social media, or anywhere someone else can download them. Don’t include them “free with purchase” of something else.
Show full files in previews. Free or paid teasers are fine — a cover image, a screenshot of a page or two, a “look inside” sample — as long as they don’t reveal the complete files or let someone rebuild or download the full template. A good rule of thumb: if someone could use your preview instead of buying the product, it’s too much.
Sell this License as part of a PLR, reseller-rights, or “rights to resell” pack. Your License exists so you can sell templates, not so you can sell licenses.
Sell individual assets or elements extracted from the Licensed Products separately — for example, selling a single page, icon, graphic, or checklist out of a bundle on its own.
Resell Jozi Digital Studio’s brand assets — our name, logo, artwork, or any other Jozi branding (you have your own brand under this License; ours isn’t part of the deal).
Use the Licensed Products for anything the standard personal-use license forbids, except the resale this License grants — meaning no commercial use beyond selling the complete Licensed Products to end customers, no building new products from the files to sell, and no claiming the designs as your own original work outside of the white-labeling allowed above.

The Two Licenses

All-Access Reseller License — $149 one-time

Covers all current Jozi Digital Studio bundles at the time of purchase.
Covers every future bundle we release, for as long as you hold your License.
Template updates included — when we improve a bundle, you get the updated version.
White-label rights, preview rights, and full resale rights as described above.
One payment. No renewals, no subscriptions, no fees.

Single-Bundle Reseller License — $49 one-time

Covers one named bundle of your choice — you name it at checkout.
Includes that bundle only: resale rights, white-label rights, and the current version of the files as delivered.
Does not include other bundles, future releases, or updates to the bundle beyond what we deliver at purchase.
One payment. No renewals, no subscriptions, no fees.

Your Customers’ Rights

The people who buy from you are your customers — and they receive the same standard product license our own customers receive:

Single-user — the bundle is for the buyer’s own use.
Non-transferable — the buyer can’t resell, gift, or transfer the license to someone else.
Personal use — the buyer may use the templates for their own (non-commercial) purposes, not resell or redistribute them.

You must pass these terms along with every sale. You may relabel and rebrand the license text with your own shop’s branding — present it as your own terms page, your own document, your own wording — but the rights granted don’t change. Your buyers’ rights are the same as if they bought from us directly.

If you’re unsure how to present this to a buyer, the simplest honest version is: “This product is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold or redistributed.”

Who Owns What

All Licensed Products — the templates, designs, layouts, artwork, and content in them — are and remain the intellectual property of Jozi Digital Studio. This License grants you the right to sell them; it does not transfer ownership of them to you or your buyers.

White-labeling doesn’t change this. Putting your brand on a product makes it look like yours — it doesn’t make the design yours. You’re renting the right to sell it, not buying the design itself.

If the License Ends

We’ll be straight with you: this License is granted on trust, and it stays yours as long as you follow these terms.

Breach. If you breach these terms — for example, by giving away master files or sub-licensing your License — your License is revoked. Your right to sell the Licensed Products ends immediately, and you must remove the master files from your storefronts and stop offering the Licensed Products. No refund is given.
What happens to copies already sold. End customers who already purchased from you keep their copies, under the personal-use license they received. Existing customer sales are not clawed back — the revocation stops future sales, not past ones.

Refunds

Licensed Products are digital files, delivered to you right after purchase. Once your License is granted and the master files are in your hands, all sales of Licenses are final — there are no refunds or chargebacks honored on the License fee.

No Exclusivity

This License is non-exclusive. We may license the same bundles to other resellers, and we may sell them directly ourselves, at any time and in any territory. Your License gives you the right to sell too — it doesn’t give you sole rights to any bundle, niche, or market.

Liability

The Licensed Products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We’re not liable for the Reseller’s business losses — including lost sales, lost profits, or storefront issues — arising from the use of the Licensed Products.
You’re responsible for your own shop. Your store policies, your pricing, your customer service, your taxes, and your compliance with the rules of whatever marketplace you sell on (Etsy, Gumroad, Shopify, or your own site) are yours to manage. We’re not a party to your sales, and we can’t advise on marketplace rules or tax obligations.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, to reflect new bundle types, new platforms, or clearer wording. When we make changes, we’ll notify licensed resellers (for example, by email to the address on your purchase) before they take effect. Continued use of your License after notice means you accept the updated terms. The latest version will always be available here.

Acceptance

By purchasing a Reseller License, you confirm that you’ve read these terms, you understand them, and you agree to be bound by them. If you don’t agree with any part, please don’t purchase — we’d rather you pass than sign up unhappy.
