- Download the master files. You receive the complete template files plus preview images you can use in your listings.
- Resell under your own brand. Rebrand everything with your shop’s name and logo, set your own price, deliver the files to your buyers — and keep all the proceeds.

- White-label everything. Put your own brand on the templates — rebranding is fully allowed, and no Jozi credit or mention is required. Your customers will never know they came from anywhere but you.

🚫 What You Can’t Do
- Give away, share, or publicly host the master files — previews and teasers are fine, but they must never reveal the full files.
- Sub-license, transfer, or rent your License to anyone else.
- Sell the License as part of a PLR or “reseller-rights” pack.
- Sell individual pages, icons, or elements pulled out of the templates on their own.
- Resell Jozi Digital Studio’s name, logo, or artwork — you have your own brand here.

How does the Reseller Program work?
You buy a one-time Reseller License, download the master template files, and resell them through your own storefront under your own brand. You set the prices, you deliver the files, and you keep every cent. We're not involved in your day-to-day sales at all.
Do I have to credit or mention Jozi Digital Studio?
No. White-labeling is fully allowed — you may remove our branding, apply your own, and present the templates as your own products. No credit, link, or mention is required.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. Set whatever price you like — we never cap, set, or approve your prices, and we never take a share of your sales.
Can I sell on Etsy, Shopify, Gumroad, or my own website?
Yes — any storefront you run. Just make sure you're following that platform's own rules for digital products, which is your responsibility as the shop owner.
On the All-Access license, do I really get future bundles?
Yes. The All-Access Reseller License ($149 one-time) covers every bundle we release in the future, plus updates to current bundles, for as long as you hold your License.
How do my customers receive the files?
Directly from you. When someone buys from your shop, you deliver the files through your storefront's usual digital-delivery system. Your buyers are your customers — we don't deliver on your behalf.
My buyer has a question about a template. Who helps them?
You do. As the seller, you're your customers' point of contact for questions and issues. (You'll have everything you need to help them — the files, the previews, and the product details are all yours.) Your buyer's license terms are the same as ours, but their relationship is with you.
What about refunds, and what if I break the rules?
License purchases are digital products, so once the License is granted and files are delivered, they’re final — no refunds. If you breach the license terms (for example, giving away master files or sub-licensing), your License is revoked, your right to sell ends with no refund — though customers who already bought from you keep their copies under their personal-use license. The rules are simple and spelled out in the full Reseller License Terms document.
